How we write and maintain our guides and product information.
Independence
Our guides explain how to compare products; they don’t recommend brands for payment. Our parent company owns a store and a brand that appear on this site — see our ownership disclosure. Guides never single out those businesses for praise.
Accuracy
- Product facts (strength, pouches per can, format) come from brand and store listings and are checked when a product is added.
- Guides cite official sources for health and regulatory statements, such as EFSA for caffeine.
- Examples with numbers are labelled as illustrative when they aren’t real store prices.
- Every guide shows the date it was last updated, and we review guides at least every six months.
Health and responsibility
We don’t make health claims about nicotine, caffeine or functional ingredients. Nicotine is highly addictive and our content is intended for adults who already use these products. Our guides are general information, not medical or legal advice.
Corrections
If something is wrong, contact us. We correct errors promptly and update the “last updated” date.
