What are energy pouches?

Energy pouches are oral pouches that contain caffeine, usually without nicotine. Caffeine is typically stated in milligrams per pouch. EFSA considers single doses of up to 200 mg and up to 400 mg a day not to raise safety concerns for healthy adults; include coffee and energy drinks in your total.

Comparing value

When products have different caffeine contents, compare the price per 100 mg of caffeine as well as the price per can. Our product pages show price per can and per pouch for every store.

Frequently asked questions

Do energy pouches contain nicotine?

Most energy pouches are nicotine-free and use caffeine instead. Always check the product listing — a few products combine both.

How much caffeine is in an energy pouch?

It varies by product, commonly from around 20 mg to 150 mg or more per pouch. Each product page shows the stated caffeine content where the brand provides it.
