Strongest nicotine pouches ranked
60 in-stock pouches at 16 mg per pouch or more, ranked by nicotine strength with today’s lowest price per can across stores. For experienced users only — if you are new to nicotine pouches, start at the 6 mg or lower pages.
How to read strength
Brands state nicotine in one of two ways: milligrams per pouch (what you get) or milligrams per gram (concentration). A “50 mg” Pablo is 50 mg/g and delivers around 30 mg per pouch; a “16.5 mg” ZYN is per pouch. We list the per-pouch figure wherever a store states it and group products within ±0.5 mg on the strength pages.
Who makes the strongest pouches
The top of this list is dominated by Danish and Swedish brands built for the extra-strong segment — Pablo, Siberia, Killa, Odin, DENSSI, Kurwa and Cuba — plus a few newer brands pushing to 80–100 mg. Mainstream brands (VELO, ZYN, Nordic Spirit) top out at 11–17 mg.
The list updates daily from live stock. See the nicotine strength guide for how to choose, or compare by strength: 3 mg, 4 mg, 5 mg, 6 mg, 8 mg, 9 mg, 10 mg, 11 mg, 12 mg, 14 mg, 16 mg, 18 mg, 20 mg, 24 mg, 30 mg, 50 mg.
What is the strongest nicotine pouch?
In our data, DENSSI Tropical Fury 100mg at 100 mg per pouch, followed by X Booster X-booster Coffee & Caramel 80mg (80 mg) and X Booster X-booster Cool Mint 80mg (80 mg). Note that some brands print mg per gram on the can, which is higher than mg per pouch; we show per-pouch figures where stores state them.
Is 50 mg a lot?
Yes. A typical cigarette delivers 1–2 mg of nicotine; most pouch users settle between 4 and 10 mg. Anything above 16 mg is intended for experienced users with a high tolerance. Start lower if you are switching from cigarettes or vaping.
Are extra-strong pouches more expensive?
Usually not. Pablo, Siberia and Killa compete on price and are often among the cheapest cans per mg of nicotine. Price per can is what you pay; price per pouch and per mg are on each product page.
Are strong nicotine pouches legal?
In the UK and most EU countries, yes, with age restrictions (18+). A few countries cap nicotine per pouch (the Netherlands and Belgium have banned sales; Germany treats pouches as novel food). Retailers decide where they ship; check the retailer page.
